We keep your name, company, email and what you wrote, to reply and arrange a call. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details. We delete the enquiry after 12 months if we have not worked together.
Our clients are UK B2B companies. We send email on their behalf to people at corporate bodies (companies, limited liability partnerships and public bodies) under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, which permit business to business marketing email to corporate subscribers. We do not email sole traders or ordinary partnerships. Every email names the client company and its registered address and tells you how to opt out.
What we hold: your name, job title, company, business email address and, where public, a line or two about your company from its website or public posts. Where it came from: business data providers and public sources. Why: the client's legitimate interest in contacting businesses that may want its product or service. How long: 90 days after the client's campaign ends, or immediately on request.
To opt out, reply STOP to any email. You will be added to a suppression list the same day and not contacted again on behalf of that client. To opt out of all Meetline campaigns, email info@meetline.co.uk.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email info@meetline.co.uk and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
